Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault within 5 days of delivery, please contact us as soon as possible with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos or videos showing the fault
We may assess the issue and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns:
- After 5 days from delivery
- For items that are not faulty
- If the product has been misused, modified, or damaged by improper handling
